What is DAILOGUE?
DAILOGUE is an enterprise GenAI platform that provides configurable RAG retrieval, agentic workflow orchestration, and governed content processing. It uses a 5-level tenant hierarchy (platform, application, customer, organization, project) to enforce policy inheritance, so each scope can tune model routing, retrieval strategy, and approval controls independently. The platform supports multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral), hybrid retrieval with reranking, and human-in-the-loop agent supervision.
